I have worked in technology and leadership roles for 30 years, delivering transformational change in multiple industries, geographies and cultures, all with a strong and purposeful human element. It is from this human aspect that Working Circuit has been created.

After an early career in delivering outsourcing services crafted around the transition and development of technical and support teams, I moved into various governance and operations roles across technology and financial services organisations. Success in these roles was in large part to the amazing teams I worked with and privileged to be supported by some of the most talented and purpose-driven people in the industry.

My leadership style is one of empowerment and trust as I believe this is what brings out the best in people. That’s not to say my teams never need my support, but they know that I am available for them when they need me and can ask for help without fear or judgement.

Throughout my experience, I have sought to help and support others, especially where I can relate to a situation I have been in myself. This is why clients look to me when they find themselves in a work or career situation and need someone who can relate to their circumstances to provide objective guidance.
